MARION, N.Y. (AP) _ Seneca Foods Corp. (SENEA) on Wednesday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $72.5 million.
On a per-share basis, the Marion, New York-based company said it had profit of $7.90.
The fruit and vegetable company posted revenue of $484.4 million in the period.
Seneca Foods shares have declined 4% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $38.26, a fall of 3% in the last 12 months.
