MARION, N.Y. (AP) _ Seneca Foods Corp. (SENEA) on Thursday reported a fiscal second-quarter loss of $1.1 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Marion, New York-based company said it had a loss of 11 cents.
The fruit and vegetable company posted revenue of $376.3 million in the period.
Seneca Foods shares have decreased 11 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 24 percent in the last 12 months.
