The class in this case has not yet been certified, and until certification occurs, you are not represented by an attorney. If you choose to take no action, you can remain an absent class member.
The Complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Regulus made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about its business, operations, and prospects. On June 27, 2016, the Company announced that it received notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) that its new drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus infection which was under FDA review, is now being put on clinical hold after a second serious case of jaundice was reported. When this news was released, shares of Regulus fell in value, causing investors harm.
