VALLEY CITY, Ohio (AP) _ Shiloh Industries Inc. (SHLO) on Thursday reported a loss of $8.5 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Valley City, Ohio-based company said it had a loss of 36 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and restructuring costs, were 23 cents per share.
The automotive lightweighting company posted revenue of $300.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $11.5 million, or 49 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.14 billion.
Shiloh expects full-year revenue in the range of $1 billion to $1.15 billion.
Shiloh shares have declined 13 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 13 percent in the last 12 months.
