PINE BLUFF, Ark. (AP) _ Simmons First National Corp. (SFNC) on Monday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $18.9 million.
The Pine Bluff, Arkansas-based bank said it had earnings of 43 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and non-recurring costs, came to 97 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $181.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $163.5 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $92.9 million, or $2.66 per share. Revenue was reported as $493.7 million.
Simmons First National shares have increased 4 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $59.50, a fall of slightly more than 1 percent in the last 12 months.
