Sirius XM sued over unpaid oldie royalties, CNET says

Sirius XM (SIRI) is being sued by Capitol Records, Sony's (SNE) Music Entertainment unit and Universal Music Group, that allege the company is not paying royalties on music recorded before 1972, according to CNET, citing the lawsuit. CNET notes that this is the third lawsuit filed against Sirius XM in the past few weeks.
