ELKHART, Ind. (AP) _ Skyline Corp. (SKY) on Wednesday reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $17.7 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Elkhart, Indiana-based company said it had net income of 31 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 34 cents per share.
The manufactured and modular housing maker posted revenue of $354.5 million in the period.
Skyline shares have more than doubled since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $29.44, an increase of 21% in the last 12 months.
