SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG), New York City's largest office owner, today announced that the Company will hold its 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 30, 2019. The board of directors established the close of business on Friday, March 29, 2019, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting, which will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time and take place at Convene (The Club Room), 237 Park Avenue, New York, New York, 10017.
