POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (AP) _ Southern Missouri Bancorp Inc. (SMBC) on Monday reported fiscal first-quarter profit of $7.8 million.
The Poplar Bluff, Missouri-based company said it had net income of 85 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $31 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $23.7 million.
Southern Missouri Bancorp shares have risen nearly 7% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $36.25, a climb of 1% in the last 12 months.
