On a per-share basis, the Poplar Bluff, Missouri-based company said it had net income of 81 cents.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $28.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $22.1 million.
Southern Missouri Bancorp shares have declined roughly 5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $32.26, a decline of 15 percent in the last 12 months.
