Southwest Airlines executive joins HomeAway board
Vacation-rentals provider HomeAway adds Southwest Airlines marketing executive to board
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Vacation-rentals provider HomeAway Inc. said Thursday that it added Southwest Airlines Co.'s chief marketing officer to its board.
Kevin Krone, who is also a vice president at the airline, replaces Phil Siegel of Austin Ventures on the HomeAway board.
Austin, Texas-based HomeAway runs websites that carry paid listings for vacation rental homes around the world.
The shares were up 6 cents to $28.90 in midday trading.
