HOUSTON (AP) _ Spark Energy Inc. (SPKE) on Friday reported third-quarter earnings of $5.6 million.
On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had net income of 27 cents.
The electricity and natural gas retailer posted revenue of $258.5 million in the period.
Spark Energy shares have fallen 37 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Friday, shares hit $7.85, a fall of 48 percent in the last 12 months.
