SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - November 30, 2015) - SpectraScience, Inc. (SCIE), a medical device company utilizing light technologies to detect and diagnose cancers, announced today that it had entered into an agreement with JagWorldwide, Ltd. to introduce its products throughout the Middle East
