Our distillation process includes an added third distillation which allows them to craft our distillate "cuts" where the heads (early waste), hearts (the liquid barreled), and tails (the unpleasant finish) are separated.

This unique distillate is rested for 8 and 10 years, respectively, developing an incredible smoothness creating a Bourbon with the desired, smoky, leathery flavor with a rounded mouthfeel.
