The architect and the interior design consultant of the project is Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), a renowned architectural firm. The "interlocking roof form" has incorporated undulating layers into the structure to evoke the mountainous terrain that surrounds Kunming. The Office Tower of Spring City 66 has adopted advanced hardware and an environmental-friendly design with features such as energy saving systems and temperature adjustment zones. The project has been recognized with the award of the "Precertification under Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core and Shell Development -- Gold Level" issued by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Office Tower comes in high quality handover condition including a galvanized steel sound absorbing ceiling, clear raised floors and furnished public areas. Each floor is about 3,200 to 3,400 square meters, with a clear ceiling height of 2.9 meters, which gives tenants maximum flexibility in the interior design of office space. The tallest building in Kunming, the Office Tower at Spring 66 also boasts the largest number of elevators, with 37 high-speed lifts to meet the needs of tenants including five double-deck shutter lifts connecting to the sky lobby to maximize vertical transportation efficiency.

Appreciating the concept of integrating life and work, Hang Lung has invited global architecture and interior design firm, M Moser Associates to design a show suite for the Spring 66 Office Tower.
