Stakeholder Provides VMC Submission Update

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 25, 2020) - Stakeholder Gold Corporation (TSXV: SRC) ("Stakeholder" or the "Company") announces that the submission to the TSX-V (the "Exchange") of the National Instrument 43-101 (the "Report") required for Victoria Mining Corporation has not been accepted. The qualifications of one of the authors of the Report were not those required to be a Qualified Person as recognized by the Exchange. The Company is seeking another Qualified Person whose qualifications meet the requirements of NI 43-101 reporting.

The Company will provide further information as progress permits.
