SALEM, N.H. (AP) _ Standex International Corp. (SXI) on Tuesday reported fiscal first-quarter profit of $12.4 million.
On a per-share basis, the Salem, New Hampshire-based company said it had net income of $1. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 97 cents per share.
The equipment manufacturing company posted revenue of $196.4 million in the period.
Standex shares have increased 17% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $78.63, a decline of 2.5% in the last 12 months.
