SALEM, N.H. (AP) _ Standex International Corp. (SXI) on Monday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $12.4 million.

The Salem, New Hampshire-based company said it had net income of 99 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.16 per share.

The equipment manufacturing company posted revenue of $209.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $67.9 million, or $5.38 per share. Revenue was reported as $791.6 million.

Standex shares have dropped nearly 9% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $61.36, a drop of 45% in the last 12 months.
