GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (AP) _ StarTek Inc. (SRT) on Wednesday reported a loss of $9.7 million in its fiscal third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Greenwood Village, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of 26 cents. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, were 23 cents per share.
The call center operator posted revenue of $158.6 million in the period.
StarTek shares have climbed 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $7.70, a decline of 30 percent in the last 12 months.
