GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) _ Steelcase Inc. (SCS) on Tuesday reported earnings of $22.6 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based company said it had profit of 19 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 29 cents per share.
The office furniture maker posted revenue of $912.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $126 million, or $1.05 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.44 billion.
For the current quarter ending in June, Steelcase said it expects revenue in the range of $830 million to $855 million.
The company expects full-year earnings to be $1.20 to $1.35 per share.
Steelcase shares have climbed 18 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $17.49, a climb of 23 percent in the last 12 months.
