He brings more than 15 years of experience originating, managing, and executing M&A transactions and maintains strong relationships with financial sponsors across the United States.
Over the past decade, he has advised on numerous M&A transactions totaling more than $5 billion in aggregate value, including the sale of Open Systems International, Inc. to Emerson (NYSE:EMR); the sale of Pacur, LLC to Gryphon Investors; and the sale of Windsor Fashions to Sun Capital.

Steven's extensive experience includes serving as a Director at Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking, leading the firm's middle-market M&A effort for building products, packaging, forest products, and industrial technology. He began his investment banking career at Barrington Associates, a specialty investment bank and one of the most respected middle-market M&A advisory firms in the United States. He attended Amherst College and received his bachelor's in law, jurisprudence, and social thought.
