Optical Cable Corp. (OCC), Cherokee Inc. (CHKE), Frontier Communications Corp. (FTR) and World Fuel Services Corp. (INT) have declined to their three-year lows.

The prices of Optical Cable Corp. shares have declined to $2.15 on Sept. 29, which is only 2.3% above the three-year low of $2.10.
