Stocks tread lower on historic 'Black Monday' anniversary of 1987 crash

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are all lower after four days of steady gains. The utilities (XLU) and health care (XLV) sectors are most in the green, while the consumer staples (XLP) and financial (XLF) sectors are most in the red. To discuss the big stories of the day, Yahoo Finance’s Alexis Christoforous joined by Rick Newman and Nicole Sinclair. Alexis talks markets with Alan Valdes, director of floor operations at Silverbear Capital, live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
