Stryker declares a $0.425 per share quarterly dividend

Kalamazoo, Michigan - August 2, 2017 - Stryker Corporation (SYK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.425 per share payable on October 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2017, representing an increase of 12% versus the prior year and unchanged from the previous quarter.
