Thousands of families and children were affected by the unprecedented number of hurricanes that have impacted the United States, from being displaced from their homes to losing even the simplest of everyday conveniences. Summer Infant will be donating more than $40,000 worth of items such as toddler drinking cups, SwaddleMeÒ swaddles and blankets, plush comfort toys, and nursery health care kits. Their hope is that these items will bring some comfort to families touched by these disasters.

"The effects of these hurricanes on families have been devastating," said Mark Messner, President and CEO of Summer Infant. "The healing process has only just begun, and we want to do our part in helping those who lost so much because of these catastrophic events."

For anyone wishing to support the relief efforts for children and their families, Summer Infant invites you to visit Save the Children's website for more information or to donate.
