When you hear the words “summer lovin’,” they remind you of the movie Grease, right? The film, which by the way was released 40 years ago, had us singing these lyrics: “Summer lovin’ had me a blast. Summer lovin’ happened so fast.” It turns out John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John aren’t the only ones feeling the love.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin shocked just about everyone with their unexpected engagement news. The couple, who dated on and off in 2016, rekindled their romance in June, and four weeks later he popped the question. Their relationship turned out to be more than just a summer fling. Bieber got all sorts of romantic professing his love for his fiancée on social media, of course. “Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly,” he wrote. Wow, sounds like the lyrics to a perfect new love song.

Singer Ariana Grande also had some big news. She and Pete Davidson got engaged on June 11, after just three weeks of dating. When you feel that spark, you roll with it — and that’s just what Ari did. The couple moved in together, they got matching tattoos, and yes, she even dedicated a song to Davidson on her new album.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger seem to have been bitten by the love bug too. In fact, Katherine’s famous mom, Maria Shriver, may have played matchmaker. Shriver reportedly set them up. Sounds like mom knows best. Pratt and Schwarzenegger have been on multiple dates and are taking things slow. Their romance is still new.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are heating things up — and we’re all about this hot new romance. In June, the pair took a trip to India, where Jonas met his girlfriend’s mom and attended a wedding with her. He also brought Chopra to his cousin’s wedding. Hmm, meeting the family … those are some big steps.
Word is Jonas may have something special planned for Chopra’s birthday on July 18. Flowers, candy, a sweet card? We’ll take all of the above!
