SW Innovative Holdings, Inc.: Shareholder Update

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - November 21, 2017) - SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. d.b.a. Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (OTC PINK: SWHI), a provider of landline prepaid telephone services, today announced company details.

To date we have raised $300,000 in our Regulation A offering. The fresh capital allows the company to expand its marketing campaign in the Houston Texas area. Fiscal year 2018 could be exciting if our increased marketing efforts for our landline home telephone service helps us to reach the critical mass necessary to allow us to expand to more Texas Cities.

We believe that there is an untapped market opportunity in landline phones that has been steadily growing. For example, AT&T shuts off approximately 100,000 customers a month for failure to pay. These turnoffs can be for a variety of reasons but the central theme is that these customers are credit challenged. 49% of people in the Greater Houston Area have a land line phone. The statistics are higher for customers with challenging credit. This demographic represents the sweet spot of our market because these people cannot afford the bundled service packages that the phone companies offer nor can they afford the high deposits required to get service started. This untapped market represents an opportunity for us because few other companies are marketing to this market. During our beta-test marketing of our service, we have refined our product by offering more options for less. We believe the market conditions are right to launch a pop-up marketing campaign aimed at our target demographic.

The lack of capital over the past year has made it very difficult to get any traction marketing to our core demographic. However, from past experience we learned that the Greensheet, which is a local free newspaper, generated a solid return. When we consistently advertised, we received between 25-30 calls that were fielded daily. These free newspapers are located in convenience stores, drug stores, and restaurants. We plan on emphasizing our 3 core points of no contract, no deposit required, and no one will be turned down.

We plan on augmenting our newspaper ads with strategically placed disposable yard signs urging people to sign up. Additionally we are going to try popup marketing in select neighborhoods outside of grocery stores to educate people on our services.

Our goal short term is to double our customer base by the end of the year, which, if it happened, we believe would allow us to reach operating break even by the end of next year, although there can be no guarantee that we can achieve this. We project that we will need to reach 1.000 active subscribers to be cash flow neutral. Our long term goal is to reach a level of 5,000-7,000 subscribers in the Greater Houston Market before expanding to other markets.

Norman George President said, "If we are successful in executing our plan next year, we hope to thereafter achieve critical mass in Texas, after which we hope to apply for licenses in states beyond Texas. We believe we can achieve these goals over time, in part because to date our retention rate has been good because of what we believe it excellent service to a growing market segment."

Many shareholders have wanted us to address the issue of the 4,119,824 "Troptions" which we hold that are valued on our books at $.13 each, which is the lower of cost and or market. Troptions are a barter cryptocurrency. We hope at some time in the future to convert them into XTROPTIONS, if possible, and or use them for barter as they are designed. However, the ultimate value that we can realize from the Troptions we hold is almost entirely dependent on the ability of the issuer of the Troptions, Troptions Corporation, to market this cryptocurrency. We have no involvement with Troptions Corporation and so have no way of predicting if the Troptions we hold will become more valuable nor when, if ever, this might happen.
