AT&T says Beats deal intact

No. 2 U.S. phone service provider AT&T (T) said that its relationship with Beats Music will stay the same in the wake of Apple's (AAPL) purchase of the maker of headsets and speakers, and its subscription streaming service, for $3 bil. AT&T sells subscriptions for Beats and pays for marketing the service. Under an exclusive deal, AT&T family accounts can get unlimited music access for 5 family members on up to 10 devices for $14.99 a month. AT&T shares rose 0.1% to 35.39. Apple rose 1.8% to 635.38.
