As senior director, RPO Recruiting Strategies and Support (RSS), Jim Stroud leverages an extensive background in recruiting and candidate sourcing. He is currently responsible for developing strategy, operations plans and overall leadership of the RSS team, managing all aspects of people, processes, tools and practices with the goal of delivering best-in-class recruiting and sourcing services to Randstad Sourceright's RPO clients. He also interfaces with the company's Client Delivery and Business Development departments to better understand specific client needs and implement service delivery solutions that positively impact end results.
Throughout his career, Stroud has been a leading voice in the HR space, having led the popular Recruiters Lounge blog for ten years. He is an in-demand speaker, sharing his insight and recruiting expertise on various platforms and in numerous conferences throughout the year. He also recently released the book, "Content Is The New Sourcing: Strategies for Attracting and Engaging Passive Candidates." In addition to his thought leadership, Stroud has developed an extensive resume of high-level positions, including director of Sourcing and Social Strategy with Bernard Hodes Group and Findly, social media development manager with Global English and a technical sourcing consultant with Microsoft.

James Foley now serves as Randstad Sourceright's director, Employer Brand Center of Expertise. In this role, he is responsible for working closely with the company's clients to provide them with a best practice approach to developing their employer brand, employee value proposition and talent attraction and retention solutions. Drawing on more than two decades in the industry, he serves as an expert consultant, helping clients define their culture, understand their competitive differentiation, engage stakeholders and apply long-term strategies to attract, engage and retain the best talent.
Prior to this role, Foley had an extensive career with Randstad Sourceright U.K., holding a number of high-level positions, including marketing executive, talent attraction manager and, most recently, senior manager, Employer Branding. In this position, he delivered innovative solutions to help companies develop strategies covering multiple countries and disciplines, ensuring those strategies aligned with business goals. He also developed employer brand workshops and internal and external employer brand videos, helping clients to further project their employer brands. Foley often presents on employer branding, candidate experience and localizing global employer brands.
