Talison Lithium Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 31, 2013) - Talison Lithium Limited ("Talison") (TLH.TO) is pleased to advise its annual general meeting of shareholders was held today with all the resolutions put to the meeting passed on a show of hands.
