TCF Bank Lowers Prime Rate to 4.75 Percent


TCF Financial Corporation (TCF) (TCF) and its subsidiaries announced today that they are lowering their prime rate to 4.75 percent from 5.00 percent, effective tomorrow, October 31, 2019.
