Data Centers Operated by VISI and Vital Support Systems in the Midwest Are Included in the TDS HMS SSAE 16 Type 2 Audits
MADISON, WI--(Marketwire - Mar 25, 2013) - TDS Hosted and Managed Services, LLC (TDS HMS) announced today that its data centers and managed services, operated by Vital Supports Systems and VISI, remain SSAE 16 (SOC 1) Type 2 audited.
The Service Organization Control (SOC 1) reports are performed by a Certified Public Accountant in accordance with the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 audit.

These objectives include: physical security, availability and change management, incident and event management, IT continuity and request management.
