Nokia Corporation (NOK) (Market Cap: $35.853B; Share Price: $6.14) recently announced winning a multiyear network development contract from United States Cellular Corporation (USM) (Market Cap: $4.10B; Share Price: $46.88). The contract involves Nokia building a 5G network for US Cellular across its markets. US Cellular serves 5.0 million customers in 22 states across the United States. Nokia's contract with US Cellular is expected to run for five years.


Pareteum Corporation (TEUM) (Market Cap: $466.007M; Share Price: $4.79) announced twenty new customers have executed 3-year contracts during February 2019, valued at $30 million in the company's expanding 36-month contractual revenue backlog (36MCRB). These new customer transactions geographically span Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Asia, and include software communications platform service offerings including those from the company's recent acquisitions of iPass and Artilium.


Frontier Communications Corp. (FTR) (Market Cap: $283.265M; Share Price: $2.69) recently announced that it intends to offer $1.650 billion aggregate principal amount of First Lien Secured Notes due 2027 in a private transaction.
