SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) _ Telenav Inc. (TNAV) on Thursday reported a loss of $6.1 million in its fiscal first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Santa Clara, California-based company said it had a loss of 13 cents. Losses, adjusted to account for discontinued operations and stock option expense, came to 1 cent per share.
The location-based platform services provider posted revenue of $64.5 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in January, Telenav said it expects revenue in the range of $55 million to $57 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $4.54. A year ago, they were trading at $4.41.
