NORTH READING, Mass., May 06, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teradyne, Inc. (NASDAQ: TER) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on June 18, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2021.
