Terrafina Announces Extraordinary Distribution to Cover Tax Withholding of Fourth Quarter 2017 Distribution Payment

MEXICO CITY, Nov. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terrafina (”TERRA”) (BMV:TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, announced today an extraordinary distribution payment to cover the tax withholding of the fourth quarter 2017 distribution payment (in accordance with the press release issued on October 25, 2018 “Changes to the Classification of the Distributions for 4Q17 and 2Q18). On November 21, 2018, Terrafina will distribute the amount of Ps. 0.178253 per CBFI, for each of the outstanding 791,014,635 CBFIs. This amount is equivalent to a total payment of Ps. 141,000,877.68 that covers the withholding of the income tax and related concepts to which the holders of Terrafina’s CBFIs are subject due to the 2017 tax result.

Record date November 15, 2018
Payment date November 21, 2018
