PASADENA, Calif. (AP) _ Tetra Tech Inc. (TTEK) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $11.5 million.
On a per-share basis, the Pasadena, California-based company said it had net income of 21 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 88 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 85 cents per share.
The consulting and engineering services company posted revenue of $841.5 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $640.2 million, also beating Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $638.8 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $158.7 million, or $2.84 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.41 billion.
For the current quarter ending in January, Tetra said it expects revenue in the range of $600 million to $640 million.
The company expects full-year earnings to be $3.35 to $3.55 per share, with revenue ranging from $2.4 billion to $2.6 billion.
