Thursday, 15 February is final day to enter TAT Newsroom Blogger Thailand competition

BANGKOK, Feb. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The window is closing for bloggers, photographers and social media influencers who wish to enter the Tourism Authority of Thailand's (TAT) much-anticipated TAT Newsroom travel blog and photo competition.

This important public service announcement is a courtesy reminder to all bloggers that time is running out. Today is the last day to submit a blog or photo entry, and be eligible to experience the 'Colours of the East' winner's package on offer in the provinces of Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat from 28 May to 1 June, 2018.

According to Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Newsroom team, this year's submissions are running ahead of expectations, however the final day of any competition is often when the best entry is received.

"It might be because of an experience-driven bespoke tour an individual takes to an unseen part of Thailand that hasn't been properly covered, or that they managed to write a compelling Thai local experience into the blog. Or perhaps someone is in the right place at the right time to capture a one-off photo at an event.

"We encourage everyone to keep submitting content right up until the final deadline. You never know if your entry could be selected unless you try," added the TAT Newsroom team.

Bloggers can submit their entries to the 3rd TAT Newsroom Blogger Thailand competition right up until just before midnight on 15 February, 2018. The voting period extends another month to 15 March 2018, with the winners selected and announced on 30 March.
