On Monday's show, Kotb and Cohen talked about parenthood, as both of them are new-ish parents. Hoda just welcomed her second daughter Hope Catherine via adoption in April, and Cohen became a father to son Benjamin Allen in February.
Cohen said that Kotb, who was 52 when she adopted daughter Haley Joy, was a source of inspiration for him before he decided to move forward with surrogacy at age 50. "You were a great help to me and inspiring to me," Cohen told Kotb in February. "I was wondering, 'Can I do this at this moment in my life?' I'm 50. OK? Let's be real here."

Though he initially wanted twins, Cohen ultimately decided on just having a boy, but he says more kids could be in his future.
"I want to get kind of good at one before I decide whether I want to really have another one," he told Kotb. "Yes, [Benjamin] needs a girlfriend, and he needs a sibling. I think maybe he does. I'm taking it one step at a time."
