The company, which engages in the exploration for lead, silver and other metals in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, had announced 2017 operating results at the end of April. Mr. Wong Wah On Edward, the Company's Chairman, commented on the results: "The Board has determined to focus the Company's resources on metals explorations and mining activities and other business operations in the PRC. In November 2017, we acquired Bayannaoer Mining which owns the right to explore for minerals at a mine located in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the PRC.
