Pentair plc operates as a diversified industrial manufacturing company in the United States, Europe, and internationally. Established in 1966, and currently headed by CEO , the company provides employment to 18,400 people and has a market cap of USD $12.00B, putting it in the large-cap stocks category.

VTR has a large dividend yield of 6.03% and is currently distributing 90.01% of profits to shareholders , with the expected payout in three years being 172.75%. VTR’s DPS have risen to US$3.16 from US$2.05 over a 10 year period. They have been consistent too, not missing a payment during this 10 year period.
