Toro sales drop on weather

The lawn-and-yard maintenance equipment maker met views for a break-even Q4 vs. an 8-cent-a-share profit last year. Sales dropped 7.8% to $339.3 mil, below views for $349.8 mil. The warmer-than-usual early winter slowed sales of snowblowers and other winter equipment. Toro (TTC) sees a Q1 EPS of 40-50 cents, above estimates of 35 cents. Shares fell 5.8%.
