Toro (TTC) Q1 Earnings Beat Estimates

Toro (TTC) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.66 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.65 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.85 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 1.54%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this landscaping, maintenance and irrigation equipment maker would post earnings of $0.55 per share when it actually produced earnings of $0.56, delivering a surprise of 1.82%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates four times.

Toro , which belongs to the Zacks Tools - Handheld industry, posted revenues of $932.65 million for the quarter ended January 2022, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 2.95%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $872.99 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates two times over the last four quarters.
