GREENWICH, Conn. (AP) _ Townsquare Media Inc. (TSQ) on Tuesday reported a loss of $16.3 million in its fourth quarter.
The Greenwich, Connecticut-based company said it had a loss of 59 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 26 cents per share.
The operator of radio stations in small and mid-sized markets posted revenue of $109 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $31.6 million, or $1.71 per share. Revenue was reported as $430.6 million.
Townsquare shares have climbed 35 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 27 percent in the last 12 months.
