MacNaughton as a Director of TransCanada, effective January 9, 2013. Mr. MacNaughton advised the Board of Directors that he is retiring from the Board due to ill health. Mr. MacNaughton has been a member of the Board of Directors of TransCanada since 2006 and the Chair of the Governance Committee since 2009.
