Manchester United are reacting to the crowning of neighbors Manchester City as Premier League champions.

A major overhaul is expected at Old Trafford in the summer, a revamping of Jose Mourinho’s team, and the most high-profile player at the club could be one of those heading for the exit.

Paul Pogba’s future has been in serious doubt as continues to struggle in Mourinho’s United team. Plans for next season are so far ahead that United already have an idea of who they want to bring in as Pogba’s replacement.

That, along with all the other news and rumors in the Premier League transfer market, is presented by Newsweek :

We start at Old Trafford. According to the Daily Mirror, Mourinho wants Brazilian midfielder Fred at Manchester United in Pogba’s place. But the 25-year-old Shakhtar Donetsk player is also a target for the new Premier League champions Manchester City.

That leaves Manchester United needing to find a new home for Pogba. There are only a handful of clubs likely to be capable of paying for him, and one high on that list is Real Madrid. According to the Daily Express, the European champions are interested, but would need Pogba to lower his wage demands for the move to happen.

Another club expected to be involved in upheaval this summer is Chelsea. Antonio Conte is set to leave the club, one way or another, and a new manager to replace him. The identity of that coach will, the Daily Mirror say, determine whether the West London club can sign Jean Michael Seri from Nice. Chelsea are willing to pay £35 million for the 26-year-old midfielder, but he wants to see who will be in charge at Stamford Bridge.

One possible exit from the club could be in the shape of Belgian forward Michy Batshuayi. The 24-year-old has been on loan at Borussia Dortmund since January and could sign permanently—but Chelsea want more than £50 million for him, according to the Evening Standard.

Spanish giants Barcelona have got Fulham’s 17-year-old sensation Ryan Sessegnon on their radar while also planning on making a £60 million bid for Manchester United forward Anthony Martial, according to the Daily Mail.

And finally, Leicester City are planning on making a move for Aston Villa’s 22-year-old midfielder Jack Grealish if the Villains fail to get promoted to the Premier League this season.
