SUGAR LAND, Texas (AP) _ Trecora Resources (TREC) on Wednesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $847,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Sugar Land, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 7 cents per share.
The petrochemical company posted revenue of $54.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $19.4 million, or 78 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $212.4 million.
Trecora shares have fallen 11 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $12.35, a climb of 32 percent in the last 12 months.
