RACINE, Wis. (AP) _ Twin Disc Inc. (TWIN) on Monday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $5.9 million.

On a per-share basis, the Racine, Wisconsin-based company said it had profit of 51 cents. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, came to 63 cents per share.

The power transmission equipment maker posted revenue of $73.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $9.5 million, or 82 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $240.7 million.

Twin Disc shares have climbed slightly more than 1 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 54 percent in the last 12 months.
