TINTON FALLS, N.J. (AP) _ Two River Bancorp (TRCB) on Tuesday reported net income of $3 million in its fourth quarter.
The Tinton Falls, New Jersey-based bank said it had earnings of 35 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $13.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $10.6 million, which met Street forecasts.
For the year, the company reported profit of $11.2 million, or $1.29 per share. Revenue was reported as $41.7 million.
Two River Bancorp shares have increased almost 5 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 10 percent in the last 12 months.
