The wireless telecommunications service provider posted revenue of $1.05 billion in the period, matching Street forecasts.
For the year, the company reported profit of $150 million, or $1.72 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.97 billion.
U.S. Cellular shares have risen roughly 8 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 68 percent in the last 12 months.
